FASHION & TALENTS - 8TH EDITION

On 16 September 2026, Piazza di Spagna transforms into an exceptional runway for the 8th edition of Fashion & Talents, the annual event promoted by Accademia del Lusso and eCampus University that puts the spotlight on the talent of the new generations. An evening dedicated to the fashion of the future, bringing together students and young designers from Italian and international educational institutions, creating a meeting point between education, creativity, and the fashion system.

The event is held under the patronage of the Department of Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion of Roma Capitale. Hosted by Eleonora Daniele, television journalist and official presenter of the event.

The event will take place on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 7:30 PM in Piazza di Spagna, Rome.
Attendance is by invitation only.

Creativity

FINAL WORK

The Final Work brings to the runway at Fashion & Talents 2026 the mini-collections created by students from Accademia del Lusso Milan and Rome. The collections stem from projects developed during their academic journey, showcasing looks that express personal languages through the application of the technical, design, and creative skills acquired by the students. Students from the Rome branch are mentored by Prof. Antonio Martino, while those from the Milan branch are coordinated by Prof. Marina Spadafora, Prof. Paolo La Picca, and Prof. Marco Bagalini.

GIULIANO FUJIWARA

The SS ’27 collection of the brand Giuliano Fujiwara, conceived and produced by students of Accademia del Lusso, hits the runway at Fashion & Talents with a reinterpretation of the fashion house’s urban and sophisticated style. The contemporary perspective of the young designers translates into original and innovative creations, while respecting Italian tailoring tradition. The project, coordinated by Prof. Stefano Sacchi and guided by Prof. Antonio Martino and Prof. Noemi Bruni, is rooted in research into Fujiwara's heritage and signature codes, offering students the opportunity to engage directly with a real brand and follow an end-to-end process from brand identity analysis to garment creation.

CHRONOS CORPS

Chronos Corps is the brand founded by Accademia del Lusso alumni Matteo Cesarotti and Nicola Minotti. Following their studies, the two designers launched their own company, which is now featured in a showroom in Paris and has already staged a runway show in Japan. For the first time, Fashion & Talents hosts a brand born from the experience of its students, who bring the "Genesi" runway show to the stage. This presence demonstrates how talent nurtured during studies can translate into a professional project already projected onto the international scene.

Scholarships

Accademia del Lusso awards two scholarships to promising high school students from local fashion-oriented schools, offering them the opportunity to continue their education and access three-year bachelor's degree programs in Fashion Design or Fashion Styling & Communication.
In the 2026 edition, scholarships are allocated to Istituto Paritario Aniene and Liceo Artistico Statale Enzo Rossi in Rome, which will take part in Fashion & Talents with creations produced by their students.

The Event's Visual Identity

The creativity of the next generation also takes center stage in the official visual identity of Fashion & Talents 2026. The artwork for the invitation was designed by Irene Nari, a student at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Sanremo. This collaboration reflects Accademia del Lusso's commitment to young talent and its dedication to offering real opportunities to express and showcase their skills.

International Schools

The international institutions selected for Fashion & Talents 2026 from the global landscape of fashion and design education are Guangzhou Xinhua University, among China's most prestigious fine arts academies—combining traditional Chinese art with a strong vocation for design and fashion—and Chengdu University, also in China, founded in 1977 and now a multidisciplinary university featuring a dedicated fashion department.

In Support Of

The 2026 edition of Fashion & Talents supports Mai Più Vittima, a volunteer association dedicated to preventing and combating gender-based violence and protecting women and minors. It provides listening and support through a network of female professionals, including psychologists, educationalists, criminologists, and legal experts, while promoting awareness initiatives. Its activities also include school programs dedicated to the prevention of bullying, cyberbullying, and gender-based violence.

eCampus University

The Fashion & Talents event was organized in collaboration with eCampus University, the prestigious online institution offering 79 highly professionalizing degree and master's programs with open access and the flexibility to enroll and take exams throughout the year. At eCampus University, students can attend classes online via computer or mobile app, have access to a personal tutor, and study according to a customized program tailored to their needs. Since its establishment—by Ministerial Decree of 30 January 2006—the University, present across the main Italian cities, has been actively committed to promoting local social and cultural initiatives that foster knowledge, creativity, and well-being, offering its students, as well as a broad and diverse audience, opportunities for dialogue and learning.
