“Luxury Branding: From Creative Vision to Strategic Value”
This session introduces the core principles of luxury branding and management through a focused, applied approach. It explores how brands translate creative vision into strategic value by shaping identity, managing perception, and sustaining desirability over time. Centred on a small number of key industry examples, the session highlights the strategic tensions that define luxury, including balancing creativity with consistency, exclusivity with growth, and innovation with heritage.
Participants will be invited to reflect on real managerial decisions, offering insight into how brands are actively built and managed rather than simply described. The session provides a clear and engaging overview of the course’s approach, which develops the ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and operate effectively at the intersection of creativity and business in the global luxury market.
